I am having problems with my Zebralight which I have only owned approx 2 mos. It has never been used hard (outdoors etc) and mainly used as a nightlight, now it doesnt work at all. Ive cleaned the threads, contacts, changed batteries etc. and it does nothing, no light whatsoever. Any else have similar problems, or ideas appreciated. I emailed Zebralight refrence problem but havent heard back yet. When it works its a wonderful light.

What kind of batteries are you trying? I have put NiMH's in my H50 thinking they were charged, and the H50 failed to light. Turns out the NiMH's weren't charged like I thought. Try a fresh akaline if you haven't already done so and make sure the tailcap is on tight.

In fact even if you didn't buy it from them I'll bet they will take care of you.
First time I've heard of a H50 problem. It is such a simple light.
Titan - Newbies don't check everyday and its july 4th holiday here in the states. Many take the week off.
