Why spend extra money using brand spanking new transparent solar panels that just use some extra power and allow most of the light through?
Wouldn't it be a better idea to use better/more efficient traditional solar panels and just put them next to the windows on big buildings? There is still a lot of the building that isn't window that could be used, and fewer panels would be needed as they'd be more effiecient. Or they could put in as many high effiency panels as possible and use the power for more than just lighting...
