i wanna ask if such a beast ever exist.

runs on li ion rechargeable 18650

u bin, LOP/MOP reflector and comes with the rechareable batts and charger.

accepts credit card and ships to singapore?

This is close but you'd have to swap the LED. Even with an LED swap which should be pretty much a matter of soldering in a U bin star, it will cost well under your target.

You'd probably get it a lot faster than I would in Scotland too...

I agree it isn't all that pretty but it makes me think about the possibilities of filler and black paint.

for a top quality setup go with Surefire M2 or 6P. bore out body to accept 18650.

mate to 3watt P60 dropin, switch out emitter to Ubin if desired. (would not improve by much)

DSD two bay charger with two protected 18650 and you're complete.

6P $50
3watt dropin $35
DSD w/2x protected 18650 less than $35
bore job is up in the air..... can be done with drill bits going up in stages... nice if you have a buddy w/lathe
