Another new thrower to throw into the mix! :) Can't wait to see what this does. Hard to tell if the reflector is any larger than the reflector in the A8/A9.

Looks pretty nice. I like that clip... It would make me feel really cool.

Can't wait to see if this is a super thrower that will take down the DBS or a more tactical light that will challenge the M20 or TK1x.

Please tell me it has a R2.

Check out kai store.Open up an internet explorer :/ and see the photos...
It is a bit small ,not like a thrower, more like an Olight M20

I don't know I did it the right way or not but if it is this new Tiablo Matador won't outhrow the A9.

I save the pic of the Matador with 18650 and 123 batteries, increase the size until the measurement of the blue 18650 is the same of the one I have with me: the outside head of the Madator is only about 37mm. The reflector of A9 is 42mm. And there's no way to guess the deep of Madator.

I might be wrong though.

Actually there are 2 models: Matador BR100 and Matador BR200. BR100 is designed for long lasting battery power. BR200 is designed for long throw. Both are sold at the same price.

Both torches can be purchased here if you understand Simplified Chinese.

No, I don't know Simplified Chinese. But after looking at the pictures of BR100 and BR200, I didn't see any differences. It might be inside the light that I can't see. I tried to translate but not good at all.

The BR100 specification in English can be found here.
For BR200, its specification is nearly the same as BR100 except 90 minutes battery runtime and different circuit for long throw.

Cool name for a cool light reminds me a little bit to the L5. I'll wait for the reviews.

Same here!

It looks like my Surefire L5, but in black and without the grip-ring.

If that's the replacement for the A8 / A9, I'm glad I got my A9 a few months ago.

Actually I believe that IS a Matador. The logo includes a stylised M. These pictures match earlier pictures of the Tiablo.

Some No-Name company in China must have worked overnight to rip-off Tiablo's new light.

You know you have a good design when some Low-life tries to make money off of it so early on. Based on that, I might have to try out Tiablo's new design for myself.... But I'll get an actual M light, instead.
I recon it is a real Matador (with a stylized M as flic said) - why would you call it a atador if you are going to all that trouble and putting tiablolight website on instructions (notice that the bull's head is the "M" for matador and the bulls head is in front of the atador on the instructions in the photos) also because its machining on the reflector and threads (with anodizing) are looking to good for a rip off IMO (but I could be wrong ) - they also sell the spear and that's not a rip off
