I saw that there are a bunch of flashlight parts (bodies, bezels, etc) for sale in the marketplace section of the site. What are people doing with the other parts? If someone is selling just the body of a light what are they most likely doing with those other parts?

1) Some lights you can sell in parts and make more than selling the light as a whole.
2) If you like to mix and match light parts (LEGO lights), you inevitably end up with spare, extra parts.

You can mix and match the body you want for cell type and capacity and grip you want, the tail switch you want, the head/lamp assembly you desire, etc.
