Just wondering what the brightest single cell CR2 lights are... I have a few KI-LE and was wondering what else of similar size is going to be brighter...

A Jil JCR2 direct driving a K2 with an RCR2 or if you're conservative using a FLuPIC. I haven't tiried an XR-G yet, but that should be tops. Like mentioned, the CR2 MiNi will probably run a XR-G and will be right up there.

Not the brightest, but the imho the greatest cr2 light with best brightness/runtime ratio would be the Aeon.
114 lumens for 90mins high
10 lumens for 40 hours low

Is there any CR2 light using modern LEDs? Such as XP-G?
Maybe CR2 lights don't need high output, but very high efficiency.

How much for that one? Ti... I like it but I believe it will be expensive for me.

The Ti MiNi 123 is $69 so expect a similar price for the CR2 model. I'd say under a hundred. There is a special twist on the usual offering that 47s will announce whenever he's ready.
