Was wondering if any Tasklight owners have had any experiences in putting Lithium AA's in instead of standard.....Any potential harm done if I try this???

I don't know how safe it is,but it might not be cost effective.I'm still on my 1st set of batteries with no noticable difference in brightness.Mine is about 2 3 months old!

I think I read that this is *not* recommended. I too have only used alkalines, the ones that came with it actually. I got some lithiums for my infinity ultra though, and they are pretty expensive for the slight performance gain I noticed. Oh well, they store for a tad longer and work better in the cold.

Thanks guys.......i'll stay with the akalines for now. Not worth damaging the LED I guess.
