This is terrible. I feel awful for the animals, and awful for the child. I just took the "Mandated Reporter" course last night, and I can say that child was definitely venting something out that he did not feel able to express in other ways. I suspect *serious* troubles at home.

I hope he gets the help he needs, and if necessary, some "away time" from his caregivers.

My heart breaks at the thought of those poor animals.

Or worse, he enjoys blood lust.

There exist creatures on this planet who kill for the joy of it, and some of them look human.
