Fortunatly this one is not near as devistating as the last. *Only* a dozen(s) killed...not 200 thousand.

Incredible though, an 8.7 magnitude quake as an "aftershock" of the last one in December they say...

This is a really good example of how little is really known about tsunamis. The warnings went out right after this quake...but no tsunamis. No one knows why.
