Are there any spotlights on the market that use a 9006 Type Bulb? I have a couple of 9006 HIDs and Balasts in the garage and want to experiment arround a bit.. I would like to find an easy to swap out light so I don't have to modify the bulb holder.. I have seen several Single and Dual H3 / H4 Style lights, but not 9006 ones.. Anyone know of any out there?

Thanks

One Other Thing.. If there are no lights that take 9006 specifically, does anyone know where I can buy just the bulb holders? I hate to have to buy a set of headlights only to dissasemble them for the holders alone.

Thanks

I'm not sure about bulbu holder suppliers but a lot of people buy cheap HF and other plastic spot light's and mod them to death.

I could probably build a holder our of aluminum.. I might just have to buy one of those cheap jobs and just tear in to it like you suggest.

Do you have to use the 9006/HB4 lamp specifically? Just curious - other automotive lamp form factors would be easier to build a DIY holder for.

I am kinda stuck with those HIDs being in the 9006/HB4, They were a Gift from a friend for my car, but Didn't work out very well since I dont have projectors, so I took them out and they are just laying idle.

I've never run across a 9006 type spotlight. As you've stated, making an adaptor or fixture to securely hold it might not be too difficult.
