first off, you save the image or link, host it to an appropriate file hoster
imageshack, tinypic, photobucket, imagevenue, etc
then you post it here after resized under 800x800 as per forum rules
like this

now, as what DM51 said, usually opening threads with just a picture or a link does not constitute as a justifiable thread. state what you consider is questionable and reinforce your statement with the media

BUT before that! Try to avoid the knee jerk reaction to everything by making a new thread when countless existing threads have abundantly covered the topic in concern...try and reference existing threads like these using the google search function

Normally I wouldn't add anything to this but besides the two links that Illum kindly posted, another Cabela's XPG thread is already on the "Spotlights and HID Flashlights" main page, about half way down. For the sake of keeping things neat and orderly, please search before opening a thread about any HID light as it's likely been discussed in length.
