Can I change my MC61 to a led and what do I need to do.

I upgraded my MC to a MC61 and would like a drop in led I think it's running 7.2V with a battery ext and all the other parts like ceramic bulb holder Ali reflector and ar glass….what options do I have, I was thinking can I just down grade my batt ext and leave it with 6v and just buy a drop in? Can anyone help what my options would be for this upgraded light tnks

Seems the Terralux TLE-300MR-EX 700 lumen might be an option if I reduce it back to 6v? Anymore options or is that the best I'll get out of it?
