Every now and then this CMG resurfaces, falls out of a ruck, rolls out of a junk drawer, &c. Got it new at least 20 yrs ago.
Is it worth my while to try and swap out the 5mm LED for something brighter, if such things exist. Original LED is cool-whitish, burning at ~1 lum.
