DealExtreme 18650 Q5 "Piston" flashlight: first impressions

I've been looking for small 18650 based light. Does this one accept p60 formatted pill such as Dareelight SD3?

I have no experience whatsoever with P60 drop-ins, but I don't think they are compatible. The Piston's pill and the drop-ins I've seen on DX are completely different as far as the contacts are concerned.

I have ordered replacement reflectors from KaiDomain. Hopefully in about a month's time I'll be able to report a significantly improved beam pattern.

I've been looking at this light since it came out. Seems like a new design and IMO looks functional.

But the bad switch would be a big problem.

If you want something small and P60 accepting, look at the Romisen RC-M4.
