Does 17670 the fit the Surefire 6P

I have a 3.7v drop in for the Surefire 6P and would like to know if a 17670 can be used.

I have a G2, and 17670s fit. they will slide in on their own, but it is pretty tight. I do not know how the 6P is though, I think it will fit. I'm sure someone who knows for sure will chime in soon.

Yes, I have AW's protected 17670s and they all fit in the 6P.

Ultrafire Protected 17670 slide in and fall out. It has more room than my G2 (6PL)

AW's protected 17670s fit very well in a G2 body too.

All of my 17670 cells fit in my 6PL just fine. You should have no problems

Not in the very same 6PL body that a 17670 rattles in.

Your best bet for that is to order a Leef body (or barrel) from Lighthound.com

Then you can use an 18650 in your Surefire.
