How do you program your light?

There are a few programmable models out there now. You that EDC your programmables, what settings do you use, and how many modes do you have active?

I have my LF5XT now programed to 1. 50% 2. ~10% 3. 1% memory function on.
The nr.2 mode I program on the fly for the amount of light I need at the moment (<50%). I have been thinking about turning the memory function of and changing places between 1 and 3. Mode 4 and 5 will only be activated in case of need.

I have my LF5XT programmed to 4 modes: 40%, 10%, 1%, locator strobe (1%, longest time), no memory, rechargeable protect.

Gotta say, this is the best AA light I've yet seen.

In general for EDC I like the low mode first, then med, then ramp up to high. The Fenix L1D Q5 works exactly the way I like it. Can use the low for up close work, and if I need more output, a couple of very quick small taps and the output is increased instantly.

I use my Jet-II Pro around the house. Out and about I use my 85T.

My Jet-II Pro is programmed:

1 - Max
2 - Approx 20-30 lumens
3 - Min

depends.

my "tactical" is max, then min, then medium.

my "stealth" is min, then max, then medium.

edit: min i like very low low, the lower the better. basically a tiny amount of light to see just in front of you only, in near pitch black

I have a few programable lights and they are all programmed the same way:

1. very low, on most lights the lowest level
2. medium, probably around 10-30 lumens
3. max., the absolute maximum I can get from the light.

The always starts on 1
