Wacko implies some sort of "not guilty by reason of insanity" explanation. I think he is sane and evil in the sense that any organized and predatory child molester is evil, not "sick".

Hope he doesn't buy his way out of this one, too.

He can't buy his way out this time. He's broker than a flashaholc at christmas time. His staff and minders haven't been paid in ages.

I'll never forget the last straw that did it for me. In Martin Bashir's Doco when he said in that girly gay voice: "the most loving thing any body can do is share your bed with someone..........." or something along those lines. I think he is the product of a really twisted upbringing. Mind you, I am not trying to excuse his behaviors in any way - far from it. But I think that his upbringing was so far detached from reality that he's had no means of grounding himself, nothing to calibrate his moral compass against. He's never had to be accountable to anybody once he started raking in lots of money, and as a result he's been acting like it, and until now, getting away with it.

Yep. Really is one of the few people in headlines and being in court that I really feel strongly about. If the state of California doesn't pull this off and do what is OBVIOUS and RIGHT and find him guilty, then there are just too many flaws in the justice system.

I think it is so transparent that he is a predator. He needs to be dealt with accordingly. (and I agree that such according measures would include something in the .45 caliber 230 grain variety) But we all know that he will try to continue his ploy on the public by feeding off all those people who rally to his cause.

As far as the list of "celebrities" that the defense plans to call to testify.....if I were one of those persons, I would be distancing as far as I could. Can you imagine how damaging it will be to your career for you to be linked to the Michael Jackson case? To be known as one of the persons who was called in to speak on his behalf?


This past month, I went to tour a Museum of the Pacific War. I saw pictures drawn by former POWs of the torture the Japs did to our guys. Some of those images come to mind as just punishment for this guy. I can only imagine hearing his girlish little screams as his arms are bound and his head tilted back and boiling water poured down his throat.

Jails are not fond of child molesters, criminals have kids and don't take kindly to his type.
Bet some 6'10" 300 pound monster dresses up like a boys scout to greet is new roomie. Maybe they can sleep together, there will be much "love" shown to Jacko.

I don't think he will get torn up in prison. Even though he is a child molester, he is still the king of pop and weilds considerable power and influence. That is going to carry a lot of weight, even in prison. Besides, chances are that he will be put in some very comfortable prison and be well protected from any harm so that the prison system cannot ever be criticized for letting something bad happen to him.

I've always wondered about that top picture. Clearly he has the remains of surgical tape on his nose, both on the tip and laterally across the bridge. That must have been taken within a few days of one of his rhinoplasties. He's a polysurgical kinda guy...

i think that is tape on his nose. I know that he has had so many surgeries that there is no good blood flow to his nose now and the last one or so have failed rather miserably. If it is tape, it's covering up something much worse looking...

As far as being a child molester, I think I'll wait till the jury comes back. I don't want to believe it. Just being a freak doesn't make you a child molester.

I recently got sent a link to a news article from my hometown by a friend who never moved away. Seems a guy I went to high school with was just arrested for the same thing. I can't believe that either.

It will be interesting to see if there is any evidence, if they can come up with anything questionable in all their searches that constitutes evidence. Just having a teddy bear fetish and sleep overs with little boys doesn't necessarily lead to anything illegal. There are an awful lot of people a lot creepier than Jacko that still stop short of doing something like that.

I agree, and while I hope that it isn't true, I suspect that there's more there than he wants the public to know. The searches did turn up some porn mags, which is not illegal and doesn't make one a molester. I seriously hope that this was the worst of his sins. Like you, I will wait for the court to decide. After all, they have all of the evidence and we have none of it.

I heard today that a detective is going on the stand to see if some evidence is admittable. Aparently he has the Chimes on the door of his bedroom, in theory so he can be alerted to any one entering. weird. And you can't tell me that its for security....... he'd have more than enough manpower proweling his mansion and surrounding grounds.

Its good that the judge that is presiding the case isn't taking any of wacko's antics like his litte hospital games. Its was funny when he had to turn up in PJ's. This judge means business.
