These lights take the MN10/MN11 bulbs. The lights use 3 CR123s and are nice and bright but they sure don't last very long.

I have one of my 3 M111's mounted on my AR with a KL2 head that I modded with 5 Seoul LEDs Another option is a KT4 shock isolated Turbohead with an LED drop-in module. I think Koala here on CPF is doing a tower module for the M3 head using Rebel LED's... Later this year Surefire is "supposed" to release the KL9 that uses a P7 emitter with 350-400 lumens! Heres one of my M111's:
