Lightmeter recommendations for a flashoholic (not a good photog)?

I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to recommend a decent digital light meter. I'd like to purchase one for simple photography as well as capturing a few lux readings for some of my lights.

I too, was searching for LM631 (CPF standard), but it seems like www.web-tronics.com has the price at $94.2 now.

elgarak, how's your reading comparing to other's LM631? Do the numbers match?

PS: just checked that website out, the shipping costs 22 bucks to ship to canada, on a 40 bucks product! :lolsign:

I got the Meterman LM-631, and can recommend it for a lower priced meter.

I also checked on that, 94.2 + 20 shipping + custom = ouch :lolsign:

Might just go to local Circuit city (radio shack) to look around
