Everybody,

I just received my new Lumapower M1-R light from the good folks at Batteryjunction . I swapped out the momentary\screw on switch that came on it with the clickie in the box and it does not work. Is there a way to take the switch apart to maybe look at the inside or maybe even clean it? I would rather click on and off than twist the cap or hold down the switch. Have any of you out there with M1-R's run into this problem? Any response would be helpful!!

Did you take out the plastic part under the momentary\screw on switch? You need to screw that one out before putting in the clicky module.

Thank you for your reply. I did take out that plastic piece. I believe the switch is bad as when I install it nothing happens. I have emailed Batteryjunction, but was just wondering if there was a way inside of the switch to take a look. There appears to be another metal piece around the spring that unscrews. I may experiment with it this morn!:grin2:
