Hi

Finally got all the parts together

SF-M6
LedZep MD-4MCE HeatSink (Modified)
LedZep M6 Cone Adapter
4x McR27S
4x MC-E
1x SharkBuck-3A+Remora
FM 3" Head
FM M6-MagD adapter (Modified)
Petrev 6x17500 battery carrier
M6 Short TailCup

Heatsink and Cone
Heatsink needed 2 extra holes to attach the cone (and the screws)

5.5mm deep bore machined into base of HeatSink to fit Cone

Assembled HS + Cone

Fit into M6 to check !

Epoxy 4x MC-E at 22.5º rotational offsets to avoid coherent interference (?)
Little white tool provided by LZ to centre LEDs
Fit SharkBuck3A-Remora into Cone

M6 to Mag-D Head adapter supplied by FiveMega
Needs modifications !

Cut O-Ring Groove - Helps to prevent water ingress ! ? ? FM ?

Re-Bore to correct 34.20mm Mag-D inner bore

Cut Slots to facilitate adapter removal from inside of 3" head !

Solder connect LEDs

Power Pack !

Fit a 3" Head - Now on it's way to the Anodizers for HA-III

Another head also off to the Anodizers . . .

Fit up a Black FM3H-2 for now
Really easy to swap between heads

You Beauty ! ! ! Love my M3 (SuperTurbo) MZep-7XRE too . . .

Question: How do you fit 6x18500 li-ions in a M6 body?

Comment: I love how you rotated the mc-e emitters at 22.5 degrees to fill the X void that we typically see with quad-dies.

17500 cells only ! 18mm cells won't fit.

No problemo. It's still a sweet build! 18500 would have a little more playtime, though
