MN16 vs. LF EO-M3T?

If output levels are approximately the same and the MN16 has an oval pattern vs. round, then which of the two has a more concentrated hotspot? Throw? Whiter beam?

having both, and using LF and stock SF lamps on my m3t and m4 .
I will always choose the LF lamps over SF lamps any time.
But runtime abit shorter but hotspot is important for me . And LF lamps outthrows the SF lamps.
