A few thoughts:

Agree with --

- Infinity Ultra
- UK 4AA eLEDs (these could make good gifts beyond Ultras or Dorcy's)
- Dorcy AAA (or AA)

- Drop-ins for all large lights (Note EverLED can be used in lights w/multiple battery size and number configurations).

Here's a review of the Dorcy which compares w/the Ultra in light output, but is cheaper though less durable (still quite durable).

the dorcy is actually brighter than a infinty ultra and has tactical switching big plus when its a edc

I recently ordered a bunch of lights from Emilion which are well worth considering in the range of gifts. I wrote a verbal review (no pics) of the ones I got and found most of them were a good value as price was better than most store bought lights and quality in most cases was good enough for all but the flashlight critic.
