What did you use to make it glow?

This was done with Blue Glow powder and clear acrylic/nylon nail polish.
I tried many powder mixes with many clear adhesives. By far, the best results I found were from sprinkling the powder on top of the nail polish in multiple layers.
You're seeing the results from three layers of coated glow powder.

Not POB but I put some Glowinc sheeting around reflector CCFL, Leds and Switch, I am sure I can find it in the dark!:devil:
