Rexlight review should have been out around the 20th

Any idea on when they outputs might be available. I orderd two for gifts and would like to make sure they are at least 70 lumens with stock body.

No matter how good the light is, I'm sure there will be lots of people unhappy with it because they were hoping for the holy grail. As long as they're not greedy buggers I'd expect there to be plenty 'Opened and used for only 5 minutes' for sale around $35 after people start receiving them.
