I've found this info over here. Surefire will be using Seoul LED P4 series to power its SureFire 2.5W flashlights. Anyone knows about this?

Replacement for the lux V? Maybe.
Uhh... what's wrong with this description for a G2L/6PL? :devil:If the article referrs to the 6PL and G2L, why do the describe them as "The SureFire 2.5W is a compact, high-output lightweight tool designed for rugged conditions including camping and military use. " ???
Have you ever heard of either referred to as 2.5w flashlight before? What am I missing?Uhh... what's wrong with this description for a G2L/6PL?
Mine was just an attempt at an ironic comment that you included the whole sentence, which for the most part is not so wrong for the G2L/6PL. Instead, you should have just quoted the "Surefire 2.5W".Have you ever heard of either referred to as 2.5w flashlight before? What am I missing?
This was being discussed here.

Hello Cassian:wave:
I know nothing about the future plans of Surefire, but the 400Lumens single Led isn't the winner in terms of efficiency since the vf is much higher than the common Cree's, SSC P4's, Rebel's and Edixeon's.
Consumption 8W for 400 Lumens = 50 Lumens per Watt, not really great todays.
Very best regards my friend
