The site that jsburlys.com is on now is called a landing site, a place where you can put your domain when it's not being used.

Yep, looks like that way, a simple phone call or email to your ISP or domain name registrar should sort you out. Probably some mis communication or an expired c/c number.

It looks like I am getting the domain name back. I have been paying for it one year at a time and was paid up through Nov 24th.

Also, if you have not already, copyright (or trademark--don't know which it should be myself) your business/domain name... It should help you recover it/shut it down the next time it happens. That way (in theory), nobody else can comercially use your domain name--even if they "legally" got hold of it.
