what throws further 2d rebel maglight or surefire e2dl

Probably the mag-Lite, as it has a larger reflector. Never used either, though.

The Maglite has a larger reflector, so it will throw more then the E2DL even if it had less output.

i own both, for sure the 2D mag rebel out throws the E2DL.

when most tightly focused the 2D mag hotspot is smaller and brighter than the E2DL.

some of this may depend on the bin lottery, i have seen some rebel mags where one was brighter than the other..

My 2d rebel out throws just about all my lights.Some people rip bad on mags but for the buck they are hard to beat.
