I have a Zebralight H60 with AW 2600liion cells
this morning i drove the school and suddenly the light went off
and didnt turn on again
when i was back home i measured a battery courrent of 3,13V
is it possible that the voltage dropped to 2,8V under load and the lamp went off? (Outsidetemperature was about -3°degree und the lamp was mounted on a bike)

The H60 is very well cooled - riding on a bike at low temperatures might get the LI-Ions too cold and drop the voltage enough i think.

You could try to cover the h60 with some cloth to prevent it from cooling out in icy temperatures.

A resting voltage of 3.13V = dead.
btw, I don't mean the cell's dead, just that the charge is used up.

.
Is that a "PROTECTED" ... AW 18650 cell ?

( Do you know what that means ? )

You should CHarge your battery more often , and get a back-up batt.
