I had been wanting a nice flashlight for awhile to go along with my glock when i'm carrying and for home use.

decided on a surefire 6p on ebay for $40ish shipped :) that same day after reading on here, i ordered a BOG cree q5 drop in. i'm happy with it :)

here are the comparison pics just because i know you guys like it.

oh, and the q5 is VERY bright, if its pointed at your face, you wont see anything else, which is a good thing

My first was an ARC-LSH and I carry and use it every day.

As trite as it may sound, I often wonder how I got through my days in the dark.

It's amazing how much clearer things are when you can see what you're looking at :D

nice... Do you find that BOG drop in to be considerably brighter with RCR123s?

your incandescent spot looks much nicer than mine. my P60 beam is not as round, more like an egg.

The 6P is a great choice ... one of mine has a M60 Malkoff, the other has a M60LL. I sometimes wonder if anyone buys a 6P & doesn't modify it in some way:D
