I already have and feel even more compelled to order again now that I have one as my #1 EDC!

Maybe you guys need a closer look at that knurling.

This knurling is the best I have ever seen/touched; it is perfection. I think the voters going with the non-knurled body are going more by appearance than function but believe me, both the appearance and touch, not to mention the easy gripability are incredible.

its not a combat or work light so the 24/7 knurling is unnecessary and can get in the way. (you're crazy to get a casual light with all that knurling under the belt clip because pretty soon your belt will be in shreds)

so either 2, or 2 with the front half of 1.

From a usability perspective, I was thinking #1 would be great since the knurling around the head would help with battery changes but then I realized that the knurling may, in fact, fray pants when you use the clip.

So... I would say my choices would be:

1st Choice: #2 / #4 head on the #6 body for a very sleek, look. :twothumbs
2nd Choice: #4
3rd Choice: #1

I don't think it'll be that damaging to pants as I've edc mine since I got it. Taken it does not have knurling for the rest of the head.

Combi of #4 and #6 is also cool, similar to Dime's suggestion. I likey.

.. that's what the TI is for.. easy to remove those scratches, too.

+1. Agreed! Too much knurling = :thumbsdow. In fact, I like the design of the 2nd run (with knurling on body and 3 bands on head) better than #5!
