Give me that voltage range with all the features of H17F and I'm in!

As you wish

My M31 in VME head does not work with my 2AA body. It will if I put a brass washer in there. I don't care for that. Is there another way to make it work. Same thing with my older Malkoff MDC heads, like my TAC light. I don't want to be fumbling with a washer in the dark if I need to do a battery change at work. My 2AA is a farly newer version. It has the darkened clip. The inside of the body looks anodized. Thanks.

MDC 2xAA desperately needs some knurling. The way it's now is a deal-breaker.

also is the module drop-in, can it be replaced with something else or is it sealed in there?

So, can the MDC HA 2AA be used with the 1xCR123 MDC body tube?

Just trying to understand the compatibility between the models.

Thanks in advance.

yes you can

Thanks!

But this is where I am confused. Malkoff states on their site, DO NOT USE A RECHARGEABLE Li-ion CELL. The voltage is too high. for the MDC HA 1AA. So, won't the CR123 also exceed the voltage, being they are 3.7V nominal?

A CR123 is a primary 123 cell. 3 volts. A 16340 rechargeable is 3.7 volts.
Thanks!

I was looking at RCR123.

Batteries drive me nuts. Protected, unprotected....diameter, length, voltage between primaries and rechargeables etc.
