It had that special taste, kind of like, KaBOOM! What would you call that? Lightningy?

Love that film! Spent 6 weeks in France one year.

I hope you pretreated that pan with PAM or a light coating of olive oil. That will make clean up a LOT easier.

I like bargains I see the rich folks go to store they just out stuff in there cart don't even check the price. That would be nice. . But you can still eat great if you're thrifty .

One day I was in a new subdivision checking pavement being built. This guys pulls up in a car asking for directions. He commented "boy a lot of rich people live here". I gave him directions and said "naw bro there's a lot of people in heavy debt living here". He said "but these houses are huge". I said "rich people stay home on Monday, these people go to a job on Monday to pay for all this stuff. Rich people don't go to the grocery store, but if these people add a box of cocoa puffs to the shopping cart and have to pay the water bill late".

A bed of Tater Tots in an olive oiled pan, and cooked.

Yellow squash, egg plant, and onions lightly sauteed with some Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

Layered on top of the potatoes, and then half a dozen eggs beaten with some coconut milk, and a couple of fistfuls of shredded three cheese Mexican, poured on top.

Topped off with some sliced plumb tomatoes and baked for nearly an hour.

I guess it's a veggie quiche.

I made two pan fried burgers, each with sauteed onions, and garlic. They were seasoned with Grill Mates Montreal Steak seasoning. One I added a thin sliced plumb tomato, a slice of Swiss cheese, and sandwiched it within a potato roll. The other I cut up for the dog.

He loved it.
