I think it is Beef Capachio with leaf-salad (don't know how to call it in English) and Parmesan cheese. The dressing I don't know.
I use to combine a different salad (Rucola) and a much more simple sauce (salt,pepper,vinegar,oil) as dressing, all in all gives the whole thing a very nice flavour and is perfect for a small and quick starter.
