Looks really good.

Should have some nice throw too. The copper is icing on the cake and it should let you know there is some there when you hold it.,

Hello Folks;

I am a newbie attracted to this addiction.For me, this will be an addiction.

Nice review
ichoderso. Have read a couple of your reviews. I appreciate you taking the time for our benefit. Thank you. This drew me in to purchase the Olight SR-90. Holy cow this thing is bright! My first real flashlight! I live in Las Vegas city, so have to be careful illuminating the sixth house down the street!

But, to backtrack a bit, what got me started down this road was an, OBTW-I have a four year old Fry's store credit to use. So, along with my original purchase, I used the balance of my store credit towards an INOVA T4 rechargeable. Found it is pleasantly bright. Hadn't checked out LED lights in a few years, and they've come a long way.

Which brings me here. Down this addictive road of LED flashlights. I am interested in purchasing one of these X3's. Could someone please point me in the correct direction to buy one? :help:

Thanks for your time and the valuable information,

Tony

hi griffs68dart and :welcome:
the light was bought directly from the manufacturer in a special promotion and is not yet available at the usual dealers, you'll have to wait until a dealer starts selling it.

That copper looks more like brass. Perhaps it's just the White balance of the photos. Are you certain that it is copper?

well, black anodisation would be best to maximize the heat given off by radiation, but it's certainly not black ;)

Thank you for the info. I contacted the manufacture. She referred me to an individual in the States. I am going to email him for a quote. Will post what I find out. :shrug:

Say, is that the tailcap that came with it? The tailcap for the X3 looks different in the catalog. That looks like switch for an X1.
