E1b Backup Head Question

How many Volts can it handle? Could I run it on two primaries (6V)?

No sir,

Just one and up to 3v. My E1b would flicker with a rechargeable 3V Li-on, but others said theirs worked fine.

You can run it off two primaries, but with no gain in output, only a loss of life.
