Magnalight 4" HID Spotlight

I don't know if this is considered a cross-post, but I posted under automotive lighting and nobody seems to look at that forum. I'm looking for additional info about these lights:

Also, I'd consider the other HID lights that they sell if anyone has useful info. I just liked the compact look of the 4" ones. They'd fit nicely on my roof or bumpers.
