OK, Learn me about the DX CREE emitter

About how many lumens is this thing?
Is build quality any good?

Is this a P4?

I'm looking to convert all my 26 size lights to CREE, especially my weapon lights.

DX has volume deals so I may buy 10 of them.

It should be a Cree XR-E P4.

The main question about DX drop-ins is how they will handle a more abusive life as a weapon light. Quality is good enough for everyday uses but in a stressful/abusive situation, they might have a higher chance of failing.

But if you are worried, you could probably open the module up and fill the area with the regualtor board with epoxy, that would probably make the driver almost indestructible.

Probably 100+ lumens out the front.
