well, traditionally a madmax+ q3l would probably be the brightest, but if you can bribe/talk/threaten/blackmail/beat this you'd be one of the luckiest guys around! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Well, if size is the only criteria then it's got to be the Surefire L4, but if you insist on AA bats then I'd go for a Minimag with a BB sandwich.

If it must be a AA light, then the MadMax+ with R2H is probably it.

Brightest but maybe too big or expensive: L4.
A little smaller and less expensive, Arc LS (if you want that brightest that would be a LSH-P) /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
And for a AA Mag size try a MM+ with R2h/R2k.

My L4 till I got my McModule (5/w replacement LED) from Mr. Bulk now my Pelican M6 is the brightest but it is a bit fatter than the minimag and slightly shorter.
